$25 per list, regardless of size.<\/span><\/p>

Skip-tracing (with Phone and Email):<\/b><\/p>

$.04 for each address, $25 minimum<\/span><\/p>

What you will receive (2 files):<\/b><\/p>

An excel sheet with all owner information, including their mailing address, phone number, email address (if available), mortgage information, year purchased, and house information.<\/span><\/p>

If you use PropAI, you will also receive a CSV file that is properly formatted to be directly uploaded to PropAI.<\/span><\/p>
